Variations are sorted incorrectly on front end

I have attached two screenshots of the issues I’m having. The admin is correctly ordered but when I view the product on the frontend the size attributes are completely out of order (in alpha order).

I have done a search for sorting of the attributes but I can’t find where it’s being set?

I’ll follow up with a private response giving you access to the admin.
