User account & Cart Icons don't works on mobile

Hello!
I have issues on smartphone when I try to click the User account Icon or the Cart Icon. I can’t click them.

On Desktop view those icons open a pop-up menu but on mobile they should lead directly to the page. (and in general for all the icons of that kind)

How can I fix that?
