Urgent, Password reset does not work

Hello SNS Support,

My sara theme just transferred to my main domain, I have a customer who ordered something on weekend, but today he tried to login and couldn’t login, so he reset the password, but he said he never got email for resetting the password.

Can you help me to check if my password reset work or not?
