Urgent, Join or Sign In link problem

Hello, SNS support,

I just tested some functions on my website, and found the link to “Join or Sign in” could be wrong. When I “Join or Sign In” on the top menu, it directed me to WordPress login page. Please see the screen shot.

Please help fix this problem. Since my website is on a long existing active website please help me resolve the problem at your earliest time,
