Unable to import demo content

Please assist me with your theme. I cannot install the demo content successfully. I have tried both ways, automatic and manual. Automatic ends with an error that I cannot recall at the moment and manually is impossible to finish it because Widget Settings Importer/Exporter is not available. The theme at the moment is totally bugged and not working like it is shown on the Live preview in Theme forest. Thanks in advance
