questions for menu header

1) when I enter the product category from mobile, this screenshot menu also comes out.

2)I would like to replace settings with link my account, without menu.

3)when I open the menu / subcategories from mobile, it is very slow to open the drop down.
sometimes it just doesn’t open and I don’t see the submenus
how can I do?
