Translation Problems

Hi!

I love the Theme but i have still big problems with the translation of some words. Why is it so difficult to translate things in this theme?

I don’t want to use the WPML, because it slow down my side and i don’t need it, because the side is only in German.

Can i use LOCO TRANSLATE?

And how can i translate the GO TO CART?
