translation problems

I cannot translate the aio theme to Spanish the theme is not translation ready like you say, i try to translate the cart and sns module and did not work there are still showing up on English. Please tell me if i fail to see an option for translate because I kind a try everything, is important for me to translate the cart option mails and account information. THX
