I can not find or translate this texte on my contact page (see file) :

Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since.Lorem Ipsum is simyp.

I want to translate it into several languages, I need the translation in the back office and not direct in the file.

Which code is to add please ?$
