Things are dissapairing

Hello,

I have a problem on this website: http://miko.conversiepartners.nl/ .

I’m adding a SNS Category, it is showing. After that i’m picking another picture and it’s gone. At all categories i’m changing.

Things i’ve tried:
– Disabled all of the plugins on the website
– Did a rollback to previous updates, nothing worked
– Made an update on the theme to 2.1, not working
– Changed the PHP from 7.1, 7.0 and 5,6. Also nothing changed.
– Removed all styles on style.css, not working also.

Can you please help me to fix the problem?
