Theme 403 (forbidden)

The theme seems to be loading, however in the Error console of my browser I am recieveing the following error – “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)” it seems to be trying to laod the following URL “/skin/frontend/sns_trella/default/”

Looking in the source it seems to be trying to load the default folder but does not specify a stylesheet.

I have looked for this in the XML layouts but cannot find it, can you help?
