Template re-installation

Hello,
I’ve just upgraded my Magento core from 1.9.0.1 to 1.9.3.0 and now someone template’s functions are broken (in the backend all “Banner slider” menu items are blank). I think that some files are been corrupted during the upgrade.

Please, It’s possible to re-install the template files without missing all the template setup that I’ve done until today (because colours, cms and the other things are all right). Please, can you tell me the best way to do that?
