Sticky menu transition not smooth on scrolling to top

Hi,

I have enabled the sticky menu header for the website, https://sole-house.com/stage.
But the transition from sticky header to original header is not very smooth, especially while scrolling to top. The page header seems to jump. I have tried to capture the issue on a video.
