Sticky menu in mosera is transparent

We enabled the sticky menu and the menu is transparent. We would like fot the menu to be same color as menu from theme color. This helps with legability. the transaparent window cannot to seen clearly when scrolling. Where can we make the sticky color menu change> in what css file or > in what admin office panel?
