SQLSTATE[23000] with quickstart

Hi,
I’m getting lots of errors when trying to reindex data after installing theme with quickstart.

Same goes for updating/creating a category or saving a product.

Same when trying to add category or product.
Here goes the error I’m getting while trying to reindex data via shell:
Product Attributes index process unknown error:
