sns_topheader & sns_footer_middle

Hi,

I would like to know if there is an easy way to edit my top_header and sns_footer_middle. The only way I know is through raw html. I assume there is an easy way to do this?

To clarify, I already have a top_header, but I would like to have the same links(my account, wishlist, checkout and login) as the demo website. See attachment
