sns vicky install demo content

I am having a problem installing the demo content. When I go to SNS vicky > Demo content, it keeps saying “Need add define(‘WP_LOAD_IMPORTERS’, true); to file wp-config.php” which I have already added.
it doesnt show icon of import like describe on documentation
