Sns Trella Rich Snippet

Hello,
we are using sns trella theme on prestashop since 2016.
Rich snippets have never worked well, now analyzing and looking have seen that products that use combinations do not work well. in these products in Google is not shown price or stock. We have reviewed other sites and we see that it is not Google’s problem. It is problem of the sns trella template.
