SNS Market – import demo problem

I bought SNS Market – WooCommerce WordPress Theme but i can’t install the demo even I followed the documentation. .
I tryed to import the SNS market demo data on my website and i try the manual way but still doesn’t work.
Can you please help me to resolve this problem.
