SNS Lunar Magento 1.9.2.4 comp

We have recently purchased SNS Lunar and want to use it with the latest Magento 1.9 version.
But after research we see that recent updates are already some time ago, as in the forum we see several malfunctions and we believe that there are no plans to make the necessary updates.
Of course we have chosen SNS Lunar, but security updates require to be able to use the latest Magento 1.9 version.
Therefore, if updates are not available in the very nearby future, we prefer to have another theme (for example Lavenda

that’s compatible or get a refund.
