Slow theme and other problems

Hello! I have many questions to solve:

1) The main problem is this: why is this theme so slow? When I make a change and I refresh a page, it takes too much time…
2) I can’t fixed the navbar at the top. I asked you this in the themeforest comments and you told me that it was possible, but the menu option does’t work
3) How do I use Instagram? In WP menu there’s no Instagram plugin
4) Can the width of the mega menu be reduced?
5) Why WP Bakery can not update it?
