slider revolution unable to activate

where do i get help to get the slider revolution plugin working…it says unable to activate …and asking for purchasing licence.
The template/theme that I bought had come with the slider revolution as a part of the bundle
Can you advise how do I get it activate? it has broken my website and unable to load the sliders.
