Sitebar in Home Style 3

I installed the theme. Its Works 😉

On the Home Style 3, I have problems. This page cannot be set up as a home page.

It also lacks the Sitebar. (See Attachments and Link)

The sidebar is also missing in the blog and other places.
The menu is also something different than in the demo.

What can I do to solve the problem?
