Shipping selection issues

Hello, again. I greatly appreciate your help before.

I am now having an issue where I have 2 shipping zones, including a local pickup option. However, it does not give an OPTION at chackout. It simply chooses local pickup if the zip code is flagged. Upon googling this issue, I read that it is most likely a theme issue. Can you please go back into my site and see if that is the case? Thank you!
