Set my own products on home page

HI

i need to know how i can do the following

i want to be able to set the products individually that i want to display on the home page i can do this using woocommerce but the mobile version looks horrific using there way so i need a way to do this with SNS extension as i want to choose each section header then set the products individually that i want to display on the home page in each section i set on home page but i have tried everything and no joy as it only allows me to set it by category or latest products but i want to choose each product that shows

also how do i remove the load more products from the home page as i don’t want that to display either as i will set the amount of products i want to display and not have the load more if possible
