Set CPanel to Off but its still showing on web

I just set Cpanel showing option to Off. But its still showing on front page.
BTW, I just want to disable cart menu at top right too, cause i need my web showing product in catalogue mode only (i use YITH Woocommerce catalogue plugin).
Pls help.
