SEO – Time to first byte

Hi,
we have a big problem with this theme. In particuar, the TTFB (wait time) is very long.
This afflicts the page load speed and positioning on search engines.
The problem is not on the server we have already occurred several times (with other templates and simple php required time are very good).
We think that the problem is on some SNS plugins, as you can see on attached image the same problem is on your demo theme website, you can see 7.77s of WAIT).

How we can fix this big problem?
