Search bar is not working properly

Search bar is not user-friendly. While just clicking on search icon before entering the search word, it is reloading and taking to the results page. We can enter the keyword only when user hover over the search icon.

On mobile devices, the search bar is not working as the hover won’t trigger. When we click on the icon, the page is reloading before the search keyword is entered.

Please fix that asap.
