Screen resolution issue with css

Hello,
Have noticed an issue with different screen resolutions on the div.cat-info on the front page.
It does not appropriately re-size at different screen resolutions – see pic

screen resolution is 1366 x 768 and also has the problem at bigger screen sizes

seems to happen with @media greater than 1200px width

Also FYI:
404 page has a typo. Text says “Opps!” – should be “Oops !”
