Remove 'index.php' on url

Hi,

I want to remove index.php on URL. URL’s always showing with index.php. If i want to login as in admin panel, I have to go with “www.mydomain.com/index.php/admin”, but i want to be URL like “www.mydomain.com/admin”

Help me to remove index.php from URL
