Can you please help me out for following queries,

1.Changing top header contact number.
2.Footer data to be modified.
3.When the user the registers will they get any email and need to be verified. if yes how can we configure this? also can admin will be notified with any email?
4.Attached a screenshot. What does that refer to?
5.We don’t need such a lengthy form to be filled while purchase. Is it possible to take out/add some of the fields?
