Regarding customizing HTML Mail Templates

Hi,

Generally mails will be received on registration or when placed order the mails which received are default mail templates. We would like to customize the look and feel of the emails also we wish to have html responsive emails.

Can you please let us know the procedure and where we need to make the customization.
