Quick View not working

Hello,

We have noticed Quick View is not working.

We mouse over a product in a product grid, click the Quick View button, we get the spinning icon for a moment then the entire page going blank.

We have an remote Magento developer investigating, but can you advise where we might start looking or what the issue could be?
