Questions about Blocks

Hi SNS Support, please support my couples of questions as below:

1. I can Not edit the Newsletter block in footer section.
2. I can Not edit the side-banner block, which is showing on category page and product detail page.
3. Also for footer part. Even though there are 4 blocks settings in SNS Mosera configuration, but only 1st and 2nd could be displayed. 3rd and 4th are invisible.

For question 1 and 2, I’ve went through all the static blocks I imported but nothing found related to them. So please help immediately.
