Purchased code Exists!

Hi, I’ve already bought sns nova theme for my shop..

when I try to Check my purchased code, i get the following message:
ERROR! Purchased code exists.

I can’t check it and i can’t read forum posts..
I’ve tried to mail support team but any answer..

Could anybody tell me what’s going on?
