Product_order_by change to special_price?

Is it possible to load the menu item with products that has a special price? Now it is like this:
<div class=”row”>{{block type=”products/slider” title=”New Products” product_order_by=”created_at” product_limitation=”5″ template=”sns/products/grid-menu.phtml” }}</div>
