Product Tabs showing items vertically

Products in two of the four categories keeping showing vertically using the SNS Product Tabs on the home page

Bikes and Handcycles work fine (though VERY slow to load) and Trikes and Wheelchairs keep showing the items vertically.

Occasionally they are horizontal after flushing the cache and clearing the browser cache but they keep coming back as vertical.
