product sorting filter bug

Ciao Stephen,
Forgive me, but I realized there is another problem..
This time in product sorting

In practice, if I activate some filter items and then sort the products based (for example from cheap price up) it skips the entire search and shows me all the products in the shop in order of price but losing all the filters I had activated
