Product Qty box is hiding digits

1. There is a problem in qty box of the products. it is not showing the full qty of the items when we give 2 digit qty.

2. The product new tag is hiding the menus when we open menu on the products page.

3. Is there any possibility to make an attribute in which we can give the qty will be increase in the multiple if any no.
