problem with Tax

Hello!
I’ve a problem with tax calculation, i explain my problem with this example:
i buy 10 pieces, 10€ everyone excluding taxes, shipping 15€ (including Taxes),
suppose tax = 20%, Correct total is:

product………….. € 100 +
shipping…………. € 15 +
Tax(of 100€)……… € 20 =
Total……………. € 135

but i’ve this scenario:

product………….. € 100 +
shipping…………. € 15 +
Tax(of 100€)……… € 20 =
Total……………. € 155 <- apply vat two time but when i pay whit paypal the amount payable is Correctly 135!!
