Problem with layout view

I’m trying to install the theme Ostore but nothing I configure on the back end of my store appears on my site;

Static blocks do not appear
Products do not appear
Slides do not appear, etc ..

Unique static blocks that appear are footer and nothing else.
The settings are all the same to the documentation.
