Problem with importing sample data

Hello,
We are facing 404 error when we try to import sample data after the theme installation in our already installed magneto 1.9 on localhost…
when we click on import static block link (see image SimoDemoData1.jpg) , no matter we select overwrite existing block to yes or no it show 404 error (see image SimoDemoData1.jpg)…

Please help me to resolve this issue.
