Problem in design of custom option available in product page

There is one outer box is displaying when we create custom option for any product i am attaching snapshot of this .

I just want to know one thing also how to make our user always logged in means if they close the page when they are log in and when they open again the page then they should not logging again in the website they must already logged in.
