Problem importing demo

Hello,
We just purchase your theme , but we had a problem when importing the demo content:

We received the message: Need add define(‘WP_LOAD_IMPORTERS’, true); to file wp-config.php , but we are not totally sure about where to add this or how. Is there another way to fix it?.

Also, the visual composer ask for an updated version , we have 5.1.1 and the latest is 5.4.5. how can we update?
