Positioning of header and footer elements.

Good evening, kindly I would like to know how to make both the header and the footer take the entire width of the browser, I will explain better, if I access the site from the computer I have at work with a monitor with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, the ‘header can be seen perfectly and the logo, as well as the elements on the right of the screen go perfectly to the sides of the monitor, while if I access the site with the Mac I have at home with a screen resolution of 2048 x 1041 pixels, both the logo is present in the header, that the elements on the opposite side, are no longer on the sides, but almost centrally, as if I had enabled the boxed layout, so basically I would like that regardless of the screen resolution, both the logo and the elements on the side opposite were always as close to the sides of the screen.
