Order Confirmation Email Not Received

Hi, I have 2 orders placed on my website but my customers said that they did not receive any confirmation emails to them. I checked the WooCommerce Settings and everything was turned on. I can’t see what’s wrong with sending out automatic emails for pending, failed, and complete orders. Can you help?
