One Step Checkout Light Box login error

Hello.

I using onestepcheckout on my shop, and after install it it have a problem after client complete e-mail and this check on the base he open a light box if have an acc.

But after that light open i have one error where i cant fix. In botton “ENVIAR” have a bug to click.

Can u help me to fix it ?

U can see this after add a product in a cart, use CEP: 17512-752 to test. and CPF: 315.811.418-66
