New products load cycle + inline translation

Hi Stephen,

Meanwhile the site is live: http://www.kuperushengelsport.nl/

As you can see, add to cart isn’t translated underneath new products at the homepage. Inline translation isn’t working, and we cannot translate in locale/nl_NL. There is no translate.csv and everything is correctly translated in Mage_Checkout.csv for example.

Furhtermore, after refreshing (F5) the new products sections get stuck while loading, please see attached screenshot.

Please let us know how to resolve these minor issues!
