Need help with registration form and form styling

Hello,

I need help with the following issues.

1. I can not seem to find a register page where users can create an account. Right now the only way a user can create an account is by purchasing something and going through the check out process.

2. The form styling on the site is not to appealing. The text boxes are to light and do not stand out.
