Mosera Menu and slideshow

Hi I purchased the Mosera Theme and I cannot get the Menu and the slideshow to appear on the homepage. Please tell us how we can show this.

Can you please also let us know if we are to upload the Lib folder to the root directory as it only says in the installation to upload all of the other folders?
